Hi - I'm searching for clarification on wholesale contracts. Every deal instance that I've found has 3 get-togethers: Vendor, Assignee and Customer. If I understand the procedure effectively, I, as the Assignee, will initial enter into a contract with the vendor. Then later enter right into a contract with a Purchaser and produce the two jointly in
